A 176-page integrated sustainability report for KOAJ Permoda, designed in the company's 40th year. Reports like this one are written by compliance teams and read by almost nobody. Ours had to cover every Colombian operation of a fashion retailer with 540 stores and 7,000 employees, under the GRI standard, with content arriving from several departments over months. So it was designed for four readers instead of one average one: the auditor verifying a disclosure, the board member skimming for direction, the employee looking for their own programme, and the visitor who arrives from a link and sees a single page. Every section works at three depths — one headline figure, a short summary, the full data — built from a small set of components repeated across all 176 pages.
